"Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!"

"Angela was an amazing host! She had snacks and drinks ready upon our arrival and was always quick to answer any questions or concerns. I really enjoyed the treadmill that was available right in the apartment! The bed was a little uncomfortable and there was no Direct TV as advertised. "Hidden gem with lots of family history. The pool was great. Fire-pit setup had everything you needed as well as the entire game-room. Pool table and many games to choose from. My 4 year old son didn’t want to leave because he was fascinated by the big bucks on the wall. Definitely going back. Host was very nice and she made sure you had everything you needed. Very relaxing!"

"Our stay was very good. Excellent communication and instructions. The AC worked awesome, beds comfortable. I was happy to have the alarm system as the area was not in the fanciest part of Columbia (though we didn’t feel unsafe). Overall a great value on a weekend moving our daughter to USC."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and well maintained. The coffee bar was a nice added bonus. The manager communicated all information excellently. Was able to follow instructions easily. My only small concern was the hot water in the shower. It was only luke warm. Not hot. All in all we enjoyed our stay."

"We LoVED staying here - it was cute, cozy and clean!!! Would absolutely stay here again!! A few notes: -bring your own hangers, - ceiling fan in master bedroom doesn’t work but they had a box fan for us to use (which was amazing) -upon first arrival to the area I was afraid we were going to far out of the city but the area ended up being safe and accessible! We stayed here for Basic training family day and graduation— very good spot for that!! ❤️ about 10 mins away from base!"

"This rental was super cute! We rented the cabin while attending a sports game at Williams Brice and it's a perfect distance from the stadium. It is a calm area, I don't think there were other cabin renters while we were there and if there were we never felt disrupted or crowded, we were able to have a calm weekend. AC worked great, Tv works, so does the mini fridge. I would be sure to bring your own bed linens as the description says. My husband slept in one of the beds and myself on the couch...
