Everyone was very nice and I don't have anything bad to report about the room or the people. I do however have an issue with posting signs that the fee to park is $12 and then being charged $18.98."

"The hotel itself was excellent. I only have two complaints. The first being the location, which isn't something that can be changed, but it drove us nuts being right across from an ER with ambulance sirens going off at all hours of the day and night. Better soundproofing would be in order if you're going to pick this location. We got little to no sleep. Second was the room service food...it felt like we had ordered from door dash, plastic containers and silverware, cold and coagulating, instead...
