"Lovely my stay here. All staff were incredibly friendly. My luggage wheel broke on my way to the hotel and one of the in house staff fixed it for me. I was very well looked after, especially by staff member Amy who went above and beyond to help me around, especially not knowing the language and area very well. Highly recommend staying at Crowne Plaza when in Shen Zhen!"

"I reserved a room for 1 night with breakfast. The staff have been really nice to try to justify that no mini bar in the room, no breakfast in the hotel but 1 voucher for the partner cafè store outside. Unbelievable expensive cost for this type of offer. WiFi didn't work and no battery in the balance. Position is good, in Centre area, walking distance to subway and MTR, Clean enough for stop and start, but be careful about the cost. tooooo expensive."

"The furniture in the room is super dated but it is clean, extremely spacious, has a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and everything was in good working order. The view (on the bay) was fantastic. Pressure in the shower was great, hot water immediately. The only issue we had was that the AC temperature did not seem to go up when we wanted it to, it just stayed at 23C, which was too cold for our baby but we turned it off and opened the window and that was fine.
