"Excellent location, staff, and rooms with complimentary water and slippers. Only issue was a few areas of the room could use more cleaning. A few surface spaces were dusty and floor needed vacuuming, especially at the air purifier. One set of pajamas also had stains and was yellow compared to the second set of pajamas. Overall, loved my stay and will come back. Very affordable and lovely hotel. "

"Great property, staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms basic but functional. Stayed here 9 nights in total. Nice coffee shop onsite and lovely decked terrace, a very sociable spot for local community and dog walkers, a bonus, if like me you love dogs. Thought record players in rooms a bit pointless, esp as not much space, minor gripe. Would def stay again. "

"The property is a bit tired but the staff are pleasant and doing the best they can with what they've got. Breakfast was Japanese style and pretty tastey. Not real close to the train station so if that's important then this might not be the best choice."

"Very spacious room. Hotel is clean and well kept. BONUS, you have a view of Mt. Fuji from your Balcony. The shops around the area are pricy but a 5 min walk will get you to the more affordable shops. Its close to the train station, I suggest using the overpass as it connects to everything. Tachikawa is underrated location, Its location is central to Tokyo and Day trip areas. "
