"The ryokan at entrance was beautiful. The lobby and the whole lower floor was spectacular. Loved how walking inside your completely transported to a Japanese experience with bridged walkways shaped of arcs and where there was ponds underneath lthose bridges. Right before entering the onsen, on either men or women, there's an amazing walkway Japanese decorated pathway that leads to their very own and waterfall. "Staff was very kind and accommodating. Bath was very nice. Elevators were small and had to wait around a long time to catch an elevator when the facility was crowded. Food was beautiful and fresh, but a little advanced for kids. Wish they had a little bit more western breakfast choices. Rooms and futons were comfortable and clean. Facility could be updated a little bit, but overall was acceptable stay. Thank you. "

"We had to arrive super late due to multiple travel issues, but they were still incredibly nice and accommodating despite that. The ryokan was gorgeous and the onsen was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed feeding the koi in the morning. Would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay and enjoy the mountains. Our whole group left happy. "
