"AMAZING! The staff were incredibly warm and friendly from the time we entered until the time we left. The whole experience was just fantastic. The food and meals were amazing and the water facilities were so clean. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great onsen!"

"Staff was very kind and accommodating. Bath was very nice. Elevators were small and had to wait around a long time to catch an elevator when the facility was crowded. Food was beautiful and fresh, but a little advanced for kids. Wish they had a little bit more western breakfast choices. Rooms and futons were comfortable and clean. Facility could be updated a little bit, but overall was acceptable stay. Thank you. "

"It was very fun to be so pampered and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there ready to pamper us. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it."
