"We loved the property and the carriage house. Our kids rode the paved bike trail next to the house. Loved seeing cows out the back window, and we could not smell them. The proximity to the Monument is a huge plus, and we enjoyed downtown Fruita which was only a few minutes away"

The house was very clean and had everything you might need in the kitchen! We slept in the master with a king bed. I believe the mattress was newer but was just a bit soft for us…definitely not a game changer for sure!!!! Would totally stay again!!!"
