"This was an out of the way very cute place!!! I do have a true Service Dog- And we did have some miscommunications over the ‘private dog run’ area pictured - please just be aware that there is another dog with a dog door right on the other side of the fence. A lot of people with pets wouldn’t mind this, but it just didn’t work for my Service dog, and not being outside to play when the other dog was out which happened immediately- to have an interaction with a dog running free on a chain-link fence that was partly Covered in plastic, Which would work for a lot of pet owners, but just please be aware. The kitchen sink drain does need a snake or maybe some Drano?, and I do have to agree with the other reviewers. It was very cold in there. But I’m not sure what you expect for Colorado! There was a space heater in there that was pretty hot to touch, but did well in the bathroom and I was already prepared with my own as I had read the other reviews, And in the state bring blankets or heat no matter where you go! Again, nice place, the location was beautiful. The owner was extremely nice even though the dog situation didn’t work, Both extremely friendly.The property management company dealing with this place as well were nice as could be- And very responsive!Despite this specific place, not working for me because of the dog on the other side of the fence, it would probably work for a lot of people, overall it’s a great place with great management- I regret it didn’t work for us!"

"Had 10 people in our group of friends and family. Loved the location and house! Lana was fantastic meeting us and showing us the house and giving us a history of the place. Sunrises were amazing! Views from every room. Views from kitchen in the morning were my favorite as the sun rose on the monument. Very large house with great appointments and character! Would absolutely recommend and return. The Grand valley is an amazing place to hike, eat and enjoy the wineries! Peche was our favorite restaurant. Best wine was at Colterris. The Coral White Rose was amazing! The overall best view and overall experience was at Restoration Winery. Great hikes were Lower Monument Loop trail, Mica mine trail. Book and enjoy the valley! "

"Perfect place to stay! Close to the hiking trails, extremely clean and the studio and grounds are meticulously maintained. Coffee provided but bring cream and sweeteners if you like your coffee this way. This studio is well laid out with plenty of lighting, suitcase racks, hangers and refrigerator. "

"Loved the area and Two Rivers turned out to be our favorite especially since we could walk there. The master bedroom was the best for sleeping but not so much the others. The twin bedroom has the outdoor flood light that shines in and sheets that are way too big so she just go wrapped up in them all night. Both bedrooms have plastic mattress pads which were noisy and cold. The master bathroom needs a curtain for sleepers that want it dark as the neighbors EV car that is charged right outside has a light that shines in. The house itself was what we needed. It was way too cold when we got there on Friday (set at 62) and turned the AC up but not off. You need to put a sign on the door into the garage not to lock the deadbolt. We did the one night and had a heck of a time getting it unlocked the next day, took all 3 of us. Thanks and good luck with it. "

"This was a great house in a great neighborhood. We had plenty of room for 6 of us getting together for a memorial service. We were able to visit and catch up in the living room. This is so much nicer than a motel for a family get together."
