"The room was a non smoking room yet it had a ashtray on the dresser (which was dirty with cigarette ash) the trouser press was loosely fitted to wall with one screw and u/s a number of the pictures affixed to the wall were UPSIDE-DOWN, and the room carpet was without a relationship with a vacuum cleaner. "The reception staff especially Maddy were extremely friendly and helpful. As always the breakfast is great I just wish for a teapot but I suppose that is just my preference I like to have a couple of cups of tea with breakfast"
