"This pretty old villa is ideally located on the main road between beautiful Frigiliana and bustle Nerja. Ideally located within up hill walking distance to romantic Frigiliana which hosts many lovely restaurants, or an easy 10 min downhill bus ride to Nerja. Having the little bar close by was also very convenient. A spacious clean villa and beautiful garden and pool. Stephen was a great host. "

"We spent 9 days in the house and it was unforgettable time! The house, with its charming architecture, perfectly captures the spirit of the region. Situated in the heart of town, it's an ideal base for exploring, surrounded by charming stores and excellent restaurants. The location is unbeatable! The house is well-equipped, clean, and cozy. Each level - kitchen, living room, and bedrooms - has its own charm, but the rooftop terrace was our favorite, offering beautiful countryside views. We spent many peaceful mornings and evenings there, enjoying the sunsets. The owners were helpful and friendly, providing invaluable tips. Their recommendation of the beach in La Herradura was spot-on! It was intimate and scenic, and without their advice, we might have missed it. As with older homes, there were minor inconveniences. The lack of air conditioning could be challenging on hot days, and the multi-level layout meant a lot of stairs. Ants appeared but were no issue as long as food was stored properly. Additional advantage: our child learned to stay tidy, thanks to the ants :). In summary, this is a place with soul and character, a home, not a house, ideal for those seeking an authentic experience, not just a generic hotel. We were absolutely delighted and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true Andalusian stay."

"We were an extended family- from late seventies tk babies and all in between. The villa/casa rural was absolutely amazing. The views of the surroundings and Frigiliana town are incredible. Emilia made sure we had arrived safely, touched base to let us know there was a town festival whilst there - so to show our reservation to be let through and for recommendation on which acts and actvities to participate in. The house has tons of space for sleeping, relaxing and socialising. Bedrooms across three areas, pool, bbq, ping pong table and garden. Some have commented on the steep roads to get there- yes it is curvy- you are in a mountain area-but everyone drives carefully and respectfully. Emilia was an amazing host - great recommendations on where to eat, shop, sites and beaches to visit. We would love to go back some day"

"What a fantastic apartment!! We have stayed at several in Frigiliana over the years and none come close to this one. The whole check in process was simple, the communication from Diana the host was excellent too. The Apartment is wonderfully spacious and very comfortable for the 4 of us that visited. The outdoor terrace is much better than a small balcony. It has everything you could ever need in a holiday let, even beach towels! Access to the pool is a big bonus too! It’s also close to the main square but far enough away to be quiet. Basically, perfectly located in this lovely village. A definite 5 stars from me and we will be back for sure! "We enjoyed a fantastic week here - Nick and Manou have carefully thought through every detail of the property, with each room well equipped and finished to a high standard, and were wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts. The pool and other outdoor areas were real highlights for our family, with stunning views of the coast and the mountains. We massively appreciated the air con too! It was lovely to find some essentials in the fridge when we arrived, and we loved exploring nearby Frigliana and Nerja too. We couldn't recommend this highly enough!"
