"To have such a great house that needs attention. For the bad stuff that is so easily fixable if paying attention... Living area carpets, pillows and couches were filthy. We pulled blankets off the beds to cover the couches. Lighting, so may bulbs not working or so dim they were unusable. Pool house had a portable AC setting in the room vented out the window with duct tape. Master shower water pressure was so bad and all it took to fix was cleaning the screen filter. "Loved our stay. Very clean. Felt homey and lived in, which just made it nice. Wasn’t much of any communication which almost felt strange. Was hoping they would reach out like the last two properties to extend our stay but never happened. We were ready to stay till Sunday if they had. My only complaint is the bed in the master just about killed me and my wife. Everything else was awesome. Would definitely book this unit again. Really wish you all would of given us the excuse to stay 4 or 5 more...

"This condo was very nice. The layout is great and it was clean. There was some minor wear, but nothing out of the ordinary for a well used, well loved place. The decor was charming. The host was responsive. The location is great and the golf cart made getting to the beach access very easy. The kitchen had all the equipment and tools we needed, but if you are going to cook, remember your spices. "My husband and I traveled to Destin to visit family who lives nearby. This property was in close proximity to the airport, beach, and other local attractions but didn't feel "touristy". The golf cart was a very nice touch, and we made use of the tunnel that crosses 98 to access the guest pool, Baytowne Wharf, and the grocery store. The home was in great shape and the owner was quick to respond with a maintenance visit when the AC wasn't working properly on our first day. The grill could use some...

"The home is lovely, feels new and was very clean and bright. Comfortable beds and sofas and lots of balconies! The proximity to the neighborhood pool was awesome, and we liked how quiet the pool was. We were often the only ones there so it felt private. Pretty easy walk to the beach too so that was awesome. Don’t bring a wagon though, there are a LOT of stairs down to the beach. The beaches to me were a little crowded…I heard that Miramar was less crowded than Destin but the beaches were...

"We had a wonderful time on our girls trip. It was the perfect amount of beach time, chill time, shopping time, going out in the evening time…. The location of the house was wonderful! Close to everything, not far from other beaches and right on the beach. Highly recommend!"
