"We booked this stay in December for a quick weekend trip. Location is wonderful and unit is perfect for a couple. However we did notice that no toiletries (shampoo or conditioner) were provided and the first night the heat would not work which made our stay very uncomfortable that night. I texted the property manager at 7 AM and received a very quick response and a technician was scheduled for that day. We really appreciated the quick correction."

"Everything was clean and the location was perfect. My daughter performed in the Baytown Irish dance show and this place was located right in front of the stage where she was performing. It is located with easy access to all the things you would want to do. We loved going downstairs to eat breakfast at the Ruby Slipper. We will definitely stay here again."

"It was great to be on the first floor. We could pull up with our car and unload our luggage, groceries, our clubs. And we never had to wait for an elevator. We used the hot tub every day. We used the gym a few times a week and the restaurant/ bar was convenient and good."
