Hot tub and game room are fun additions to entertainment! Kitchen is well-stocked. Location is excellent, close to large grocery store, downtown Fraser, and a very quick drive to Winter Park ski resort to south, and to north, to cross country ski and snow shoe facilities."

"The views from the balcony were wonderful. Also, the condo is in a quiet location. The inside of the condo coupled use a coat of paint."

"The condo is older but well maintained. Everything works and was clean. The main problem we had we the extreme dryness on a very cold weekend. This is just a high altitude problem in general, but it would be nice if the unit had a humidifier. The ridge club is nice for the outdoor hot tubs. "

"We loved this condo. Loved the small 2 person indoor hottub. Convenient location. Ski bus picks up right outside the entrance. Will stay here again. Great value. "
