"We enjoyed our stay, with beautiful views from the balcony, and a very serene and quiet area! located at the foot of the Manitou incline and Barr trail. The home was cozy and very clean. The stairs in and out were a workout, especially after hiking, but we made it! Host was great at communicating and accommodating us! "

"We arrived to find the linens still in the washer & dryer, for us to finish and put away. There are far too many rules. There are signs all over the home to remind you constantly of the many rules. I am positive that we do not need instructions over the toilets on how to use them. The pictures in the listing must have been taken several years ago but everything is worn. The patio furniture is nothing like the photos. It clearly need replacement. The area is beautiful. We will return to the area...

"The house was super clean, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. There were 3 of us and it was the perfect size for our group. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores but also felt like we were up in the mountains away from it all. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice house in a great location."
