"Condo was clean and good for 1-3 people. We had two and it worked great. Nice touch to include some basics like coffee, filters, and some items in the bathroom (in case forgotten or not bought). A few rules due to being a condo (no smoking on property grounds, don't run thu unit), overall a clean and convenient property. "

The only other issue was the entry to the place. It was a bit precarious and I was grateful it was not wet. Leaving early in the morning, there was no lighting going up to the street. Cabinets were painted white in the kitchen, squeaky, and didn't really close well, or at all. Two floor AC units did a serviceable job cooling one bedroom and the living room, but were loud when sleeping. The other bedroom was just hot.
