"We wish we had booked more time to stay in this little piece of heaven! Marcus was super accommodating and the place was exquisite with everything we needed. There is a resident black cat on the property (who we called Pantera, supposedly male) who was very affectionate and seemingly a protector of us, we will miss him dearly. "If you’re looking for a place where you can stay on property the entire time and not see another person the entire stay, OR a place to fill your stay with all the activities you can fit in, this fits the bill. This cabin is our favorite getaway spot and this was our fifth time here. Bill and Karen are the best hosts, and communication with them is so easy. We always come away from our stay relaxed and recharged, and are already ready to come back!"

"My family attended the Washington County Fair for my dad's 57th birthday. I came in from Houston and my parents from New Orleans. We had kids of all ages, and my family loved this home. It is extremely spacious; the older children couldn't get enough of the game room and my parents are even considering coming up to stay just for a nice weekend. Communication was great, the home is beautiful, and the property is extremely peaceful."
