"Check in was easy, since I booked the hotel room through Hotels.com. The room was clean except the bathroom floor. It was waxy and our shoes slipped. I cleaned the floor myself with soap and water and that helped. We had ask the front desk to ask housekeeping for anything extra, like clean towels, extra kleenex and trash bags. "Wonderful service. When we checked in and went up to our room, the room was not cleaned and ready, the manager was very apologetic and upgraded us to a suite. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and everything was great. I would suggest lighting the entry sign at the street…it was hard to find the turn after dark."

"I was so impressed I actually got 3 family members to reserve for themselves and their families. Currently 4 rooms are now occupied here with my love ones. Linda, Kayla and Ash have been so helpful, professional and have gone above and beyond for myself and my family, the best customer service I have ever received and the best thing is, it all came with big smiles. I will book here going forward when I come into town. Shopping centers and dining places are within walking distance as well."

"Our 3-day stay was nice and quiet. The desk clerks were amazing!! We had a little issue with the commode not flushing & heat not working but the desk clerk promptly switched us to another room. My only suggestion is it needs to be a little updated. The lobby is really nice. A few renovations would make this location possibly 5-star. "

"I have stayed her 4 times the past year. I like the location, price, the room is big, and ac is good. staff is all nice and friendly as well. This time, there was a bad odor when I first walked in ... I think from a previous smoker in the room, but I got use to it and it didn't give me a headache. Otherwise, it was perfect. good coffee there too! "

"We stayed there for the Super Bowl. The hotel was in a nice quaint city about 45 minutes from New Orleans. There was plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The hotel was very pretty. We loved the old fashioned feel. It was very clean and decorated nicely. I would recommend. "

"Great service from front desk and a good centrally located spot. Our only complaint is our room was never serviced over the course of six days, despite asking. We got new towels and the front desk and disposed of our own trash. Fresh towels and a turn over would’ve been great midweek. "
