"Celebrating our 2 year anniversary, we decided to book again at the Abita Springs Hotel. The room we originally booked did have an AC malfunction and the liason quickly moved us into another more luxurious room. The stay was incredible, one we will never forget!! If I did have anything to say, it would be that I did text the number to get more towels and never got a response. It ended up being ok in the end, but thought I'd mention it."

"We absolutely loved our weekend at Blythewood! It was beautiful. Perfect weather. Ipha, Lloyd and the chef were all so friendly and welcoming. We had a large downstairs rooms. Access to kitchen was a plus! Will definitely stay again. We also enjoyed all the local restaurants and antique stores in the area. Our Mimosas and quiche brunch on Sunday was perfect. "

"Loved the vibe. Very cute and cozy. Would not recommend to tall people though unless you want to bend in the shower lol I’m 5’10 and the shower head was probably 3 inches shorter than me. Other than that very nice stay."

Breathtaking, Wooded River Retreat " Isle Of View"

Absolutely wonderful

"We wish we had booked more time to stay in this little piece of heaven! Marcus was super accommodating and the place was exquisite with everything we needed. There is a resident black cat on the property (who we called Pantera, supposedly male) who was very affectionate and seemingly a protector of us, we will miss him dearly. The river is cold and beautiful, refreshing on a sunny day, the trees and the acorns dropping at all times are an environment we felt comfortable and at peace in. We built some fires in the pit some nights and with the house in view with all of its lights made us feel at home. We definitely hope to book again real soon!"
