It required several rounds of email to confirm the registration and several email emails/text for checking, etc. There is such thing of too many steps/or information. "5/5 Stars, we would give it 100 stars if we could. Our stay was wonderful! The room was so impressively clean, spacious, and peaceful. Parking was easy. We could order breakfast the night before and it would be delivered in the morning. Cookies and popcorn were offered to guests in the afternoon, as well as a variety of drinks. Staying at Highbrook in was a highlight of our trip. Thanks for a wonderful stay! 10/10 recommend and we can’t wait to come back! "

"This place was terrible. The lady who checked us in insisted on taking a picture of every single adult’s license. We found this odd. No one has ever made us do this. There were multiple rules. Over 30! We had to sign agreeing. Our shower was missing a shower head. The room smelt terrible. The facility is run down. They do not even have a credit card machine. Do not stay here."
