"We had a wonderful stay at 1 Park Road in September, having stayed here now for many years. Hilton is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is beautiful with allergens catered for with prior notice. Such a relaxing time in the lovely bright dining room. The room is lovely, very stylish and with a very comfortable king size bed. Bathroom and tea making facilities are great too. "We stayed to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday and although we had a slight issue with the booking (expedia’s fault not theirs) the staff were brilliant upgrading our room and leaving a lovely card and chocolates for my husband. Also after dinner they presented my husband with a Happy Birthday plate with fruit and chocolates. The spa pool was lovely and relaxing. All the hotel staff were very friendly and chatty. We will definitely go back again. "

"Excellent value for money. Staff warm and welcoming. Breakfast was to a very high standard and freshly prepared. Convenient location. Hard to fault as there was a real sense of generosity. Would definitely recommend. As a Coeliac I found the staff well aware of the condition and I felt safe eating the breakfasts, which added greatly to the quality of the stay. "
