The sofa bed was very hard and not suitable for two people, not even children. We requested a partial refund for this and were assured we were entitled to one but this has not been received. Surprisingly quiet and feels much safer than you’d think on first impression. Like most serviced apartments, could do with some tlc. A few hours tidying up decor, flooring etc would make all the difference. No iron. Good price overall. "
