We had a total of 10 people in our group, including two young children, and we had plenty of room. "This was a great location for our family to stay. The only problem we encountered was the temperature in the basement. It was very cold due to the fact that the house only had one thermostat and it was on the main (upstairs) floor. We enquired about it, were told that there were space heaters in each room, but when we plugged more than one in, it tripped the breakers every time.
