The room we stayed in was not clean. It was toothpaste still in the bathroom sink and hair in the sink. Stains on the pillows, sheets and hair in the beds. When we came back only the beds were made, they didnt change the trash, so our trash cans started to overflow. The new sheets and pillows had stains on it. Had to ask for new pillows and sheets again.

First, the room they gave us (306) had a broken tub drain. They moved us but rudely talked about us when not realizing I was standing there with the maintenance person to help explain the problem. Then the second room they moved us too had blood stays on the pillowcases. They don't offer what the website said they offer and the pool area needs updated badly. For what you pay for it's not a holiday inn or suite it's a nightmare.

I liked the location of the hotel. The vanity space was the largest I had seen in a hotel. The restaurant was not open early enough for us to take advantage of. The elevators were efficient. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was easily controlled. The air conditioner was noisy.

For the price i just feel it wasnt worth the money. The room had a smell to it and just didnt smell clean. Dingy and the bathtub was stained. There were hairs in the toilet. The room didnt seem deep cleaned. Also for the price i feel like the breakfast should really be free like a lot of other hotels.
