"Nice location"

"Staff was super helpful and friendly. Beds were great. Only thing I would have changed is that there is dogs in the hotel which I didn’t know when I booked. But this hotel was so nice that it was easy to ignore. I absolutely would recommend this hotel. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Small drink bar and small dining menu which closed at 10:30. There was only one washer that worked for the whole hotel guest which was extremely inconvenient. But every time I went in to the room it was worth it. "

"Hotel seemed brand new in all regards. Front desk person was pleasant and seemed happy to be there. Free breakfast was good and convenient. Easy 8 - 10 minute walk to downtown Ft Myers. "
