"On the night that I stayed the tv didn’t work because Direct TV satellite had gone out at the hotel. The girl from the front desk came up to the room and tried to reset it but it didn’t work. She said that Direct TV told her every tv would have to be reset individually. When that happens you need to have them send a technician to do that not the front desk. And the bathroom sink was slow to drain."

"Easy to find, clean and the room was nice. Overall it was a very nice place to spend the night. "

"The hotel was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. When the people above us checked in late night, we could hear lots of clunking around. It also sounded like kids were continually running across the floor. It did quiet down after they went to sleep. The laundry was a nice feature…washers and dryers next door to the hotel for guests only. The continental breakfast was good, typical for a continental."

"I liked that they had the ability to take pets. There were two restaurants close and two coffee shops close by as well."

"The only thing I did not like was the freight trains. That is not the fault of the property. Everything was great. I felt safe, the room was clean and other than the trains it was very quiet. I will be coming back in May."

"Very comfortable, pleasant. You should know that the many trains which go through Needles can be seen from here, and you might feel their vibrations, but they don’t blow their horns or such. I like the trains! We got room 230 on purpose so we could see trains."
