Sid was an incredible host, and made sure we were fed well with breakfast and was a great person to connect with to talk to about the area and a friendly conversation in general. The community advocates for the Dark Skies program meaning no bright white lights to disrupt the night sky. The house was very clean, we easily cooked our meals in the kitchen and enabled our passion for puzzles on the high top dining table - perfect! We had a lovely time!!"

"This is a very clean casita and had everything we needed and more! The hostess is wonderful, and furnished the casita with so many helpful extras such as books, maps, and more. It is in a perfect location for visiting Davis Mountains National Park and the McDonald Observatory. "

"Very cute cottage with fireplace and 2 recliners! About 5 minutes from Fort Davis and Davis Mountains State Park so if you don't want to camp, this is a great place to stay. "
