"We had a lovely stay. The location was perfect and only a short walk to shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The property had everything we needed - good kitchen supplies etc. I really enjoyed the pool (although it was freezing!) and outside area. It's a quiet area and you barely hear any neighbours. The bed linen and pillows could do with an update though, particularly given the price point of the property."

"Some tweaks to improve the score -include 1.Telephone entry system needs repair-door bell not working so later guests only let in my mobile alert and 1st guest going down to let them in. 2. Additional set of keys for 3 individual guests would have been helpful. 3. Bath mats & tea towel or clean dish washing cloth or wipes would be helpful for keeping kitchen clean. "

"Der Garten und die Lage des Hauses ist super. Das Haus selbst ist an und für sich auch okay aber die Küche ist sehr Alt und schmuddelig. Das keine Spülmaschine vorhanden sollte explizit ausgezeichnet sein. Für uns gehört das zum absoluten Standard eines Ferienhauses. Tägliches Abwaschen mit der Hand gehört für uns nicht zum Urlaub. "Had a lovely week in Pollenca. Property exactly as advertised and roof terrace is a real plus. We ate out all week but if you want to eat in then the kitchen is well equipped. Would recommend "

"The property has a great location and the views of port Sóller are amazing. Close walking distance to the restaurants and beach. At night the sky is so dark you can see many stars. "Spacious house, everything you could need for a two week stay with two young babies there (including cribs / high chairs / kids cutlery / all cooking utensils / blender for making purées etc). "From the moment I stepped into the hotel I knew it was going to be amazing. The staff were very kind and made me feel very welcome. The from was spotless and had everything you need. I used the ‘indoor’ pool every day which was always clean. The massage I had was so good! I will be returning to this hotel every year 😍"

Really enjoyable stay at Hotel Isla Mallorca

"Really enjoyed our week at HIM Hotel & Spa. The breakfast was amazing. Room was in good shape and the balcony was nice. Front desk people were friendly and helpful; ditto Alberto and bar staff. Tried to keep our towels for the day, but they changed them daily anyway. Good weight room and pool area but water temperature in October was a little cool. "

"Front desk was very welcoming, informative, friendly. Rooms, bathroom, balcony were very clean! Happy with that. Had the ocean view and beaches are a very short walk from the hotel!! Was a quiet neighbourhood for good sleep. Need a car otherwise have to take the bus to old town which takes around 40 min and uncomfortably packed with tourists. Use google maps as there are multiple bus stops to get to old town. On checkout day, I took the bus which stops right in front of the hotel with my luggage to the mall by the airport and they have free luggage storage!! Spent the afternoon shopping before continuing to bus to airport and fly out. "
