"The villa is spectacular as in the pictures. Beautiful outdoor area marred only by the mosquitoes! The pool was clean and despite one heating pump malfunction stayed at a nice 29 degrees throughout. Xisco, the owner, lives in the villa next door and was very quick in every instance when asked for anything or when reporting any problems. In short we had a lovely holiday in beautiful surroundings. Many thanks."

"We booked this chalet for 5 days / 4 nights in May for two people. The check in was super easy, we had contact with the host via whatsapp and they were super flexibel for our arrival. The property is very big, with a parking spot and an amazing private pool. We visited Soller a few times cause its only a 15min drive. Our stay was amazing, we really enjoyed it and will definitely come back for more. "

"The property was clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches. Communication with the owners was very good, before and during our stay. We had no problem gaining access. The area is so quiet and beautiful. As mentioned in other reviews, the bedroom mezzanine is slightly challenging but we knew this before booking and we coped with the low ceiling. "Fantastic views from the terrace and swimming pool area. The villa had everything we needed. Lots of steps and a steep walk up from the port but totally worth it when you see the view of the port. Loved it so much we’ve booked to come back next year."

"The villa is situated in a perfect location, with easy walking distance to Pollenca which has a lot to offer, parking for cars, and a rural area. We all had a relaxing time enjoying the pool and spa facilities and the scenery surrounding the area. We fell in love with Pollenca and the island which we explored with the use of a hire car. "annonce conforme à la location, petites précisions: en retrait dans une petite impasse non loin des commerces et de la grande plage de Patja de Muro belle maison terrasse agréable il manque un peu de vaisselle (pour 6) un chauffe eau pour tous le monde (limite pour 3) un lave vaisselle entrée/sortie de la location sans avoir vu quelqu'un (ni proporiétaire ou agence gérant la location !) attention aux moutiques agréssifs et aux avions la nuit ;-)"

"Great little villa a 5 minute walk from the beach and tons of restaurants. The pool was amazing too. There is construction on the week days next door but it didn't bother us too much. It's on top of a steep hill but worth the climb! A great deal."

"Unsere Anreise wurde leider auf sehr früh morgens verschoben, dafür kann natürlich der Vermieter nichts. Aber uns wurde zugesagt, dass wir ab 12:00 Uhr das Haus beziehen, bzw. schonmal unserer Koffer abstellen können. Wir haben dann übermüdet und bei Hitze vor dem Haus gewartet ... mehrfach haben wir telefoniert und uns wurde erklärt wie wir die Tür öffnen können, da sie nicht abgeschlossen sei ... leider war sie aber doch abgeschlossen und bis uns das geglaubt wurde und ein Mitarbeiter kam um...

"Das Ferienhaus riecht muffig und zusätzlich hatten wir 7 Tage lang Fäkalgerüche (die WC-Anlagen waren falsch angeschlossen) aus den Bädern die sich im ganzen Haus verteilten. In einem Bad zählten wir ca. 60 Kanalfliegen. Nach jedem Betreten des Hauses mussten wir alle Fenster und Türen öffnen damit der ekelhafte Geruch verschwindet. Erst auf unser Drängen hin wurde ein Installateur gerufen (nach 7 Tagen!). Danach wurde es besser, aber der muffige Geruch blieb."

"Lovely quiet location, A perfect antidote to the crowds. Tomeu very welcoming with some lovely oranges and lemons from his farm, Coming from the Cotswolds we know all about sheep (!) but these were particularly charming with their bells and friendly manner, loved watching them especially during feeding time. Stunning location, only 10 minutes from Fornalutx which is beautiful with lovely restaurants and a beautiful outlook over the mountains. Very much enjoyed driving in the Tramontana...
