We had easy access to the beach from our hotel, comfortable room, super friendly staff, close to activities in the area, and overall a great place to stay in Gulf Shores. We were looking for a condo only to find that staying at this Hilton was a better way to go. We have a dog and pets were welcomed. Many guests had dogs. And if you stay there and meet a woman on the cleaning staff with a dog named Chester - ask her about her dog and tell her hi from the Wisconsin people who so enjoyed how nice she was to us. Stay here - I strongly recommend it. "

"Be careful when booking balcony room. Beach view is very different than beach front. We loved the hotel but our balcony was hardly usable because of the road noise. We never sat out there, only stepped out to check the temps and weather. "
