"This house was fine for our needs. We had permission to host Thanksgiving dinner for our family up to 30 people for the afternoon meal. We greatly appreciated that. As it turned out we only had 22 so the space was fine. There were some concerns. The listing did not say anything about no shoes in the house. We received that information the day before check in. "Only now, with the email to leave the review, I learned that I had vip benefits. there wasn't any communication about vip benefits to me. the checkout time was 10am and when I asked if this can be extended they told me that 10:30 is maximum doesn't feel like vip benefits at all. this comment is purely about vip benefits s. the place I self is amazing."

"Sweet little gem on the water at a great price. Clean and well stocked as a studio. The queen bed advertised was actually a Murphy bed double. But all else, including staff was wonderful!"
