"Excellent communication from the hosts. Address was difficult to enter into my app but got there just fine. Gated apartments. Beautiful place with a large private rooftop terrace with views of ocean and El Yunque. Unfortunately for us, and completely no fault of the hosts, hurricanes Ernesto came through half way into our weeklong stay and left us without power, which also meant no AC or water. The hosts (who are amazing) got the generator going for us which kept the lights, ceiling fans, fridge...

"We loved everything about the property. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive or good SUV to navigate the road to the property. But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. "The property was amazing. Property manager was very helpful and her communication was impeccable. We had our wedding in Encantada and our family and guests said that it was the most amazing wedding ever! "We found the house to be exactly as advertised! Communication with the concierge and property manager was exceptional. The pool was fantastic entertainment for the kids. And the private beach was our favorite, even after visiting many many other beaches on the island. We barely spent any time indoors. We traveled to multiple neighborhoods on the island and by far this was the best. This vacation will definitely have a special place in our hearts."
