"The room itself was clean, very spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel floor hallways were a little dirty, the ice machine didn’t work and the lobby furniture was a little beat up. However, the hotel front desk staff (Savannah) was very friendly, and especially the lady keeping up with the morning breakfast. Would stay here again if I was passing through town. The rate was reasonable in relation to the quality of the hotel."

"We loved staying here! Convenient to most everything in Florence. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Hubby said breakfast was too notch! They also had an indoor pool open late, which we appreciated. The beds could have been a little softer, but not a huge issue. Would definitely stay again. "
