"Our check-in hostess, Manager Savannah, started our stay off wonderfully by saying, "It's all about the client" - and she meant it. We couldn't have asked for anybody better. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was excellent. Also, India, reservation hostess, treated us with kindness and respect and made our stay better. The room was was very nice but the seating was limited. It would have been nicer with a couch for comfort. The river view was amazing and certainly added to our experience at the hotel. We were in Jacksonville to attend an event at the Florida Theatre, and the hotel's location was perfect and very convenient. "

"The young lady at front desk was very pleasant and very helpful. The tv tuner was not working properly and she came twice and brought a new tuner and problem solved."
