The staff at check in was courteous, gracious, and welcoming. The building was clean, uncluttered, and conveniently located. The only concern was there were hairs in the bathtub which I know are hard to clean but should have been checked. No one wants to be reminded that things are not as clean as we wish.

Our room was clean. The bed more comfortable than in other hotels. The restaurant-bar area is very nice, wait staff polite and friendly. Food and drinks very good. The agents at the desk were also friendly and polite and knowledgeable.

The entrance, the lobby, and the elevator smells weed especially at night. We have a kid so it bothered us. Pool sign must be updated so guests won't make plans according to what's posted, just to be turned away because it is changed to something else. The cleaners are polite though we can't really communicate well because they don't speak English. Washer needs attention. It was dirty. Room was clean and comfortable. Provided the most needed items for travelers.

Todd at the bar was amazing! He heard us talking about getting an Uber to our event, he notified us that the hotel shuttle is free and could take us. The only disappointment we had were that the pillows on the bed were incredibly soft, even doubling them up wouldn’t make a real pillow.
