"I came to West Virginia from Florida after the last two hurricanes destroyed my home because my best friend said it was one of the most cost effective places to live. I stayed at Smart Extended Stay and honestly couldn’t have been happier. It is an older hotel but everything in West Virginia seems a little dated but The customer service is above par.
