The village is lovely, with friendly people at every turn and wonderful food in both restaurants that we tried. Close to the beach, but with a pool and ocean views that make you want to just stay right there. We'd definitely recommend and come again."

"The house had a fantastic sea view from almost every angle of the house and garden. The BBQ area was its own little resort with a sink and prep area as well as a jacuzzi , hammock and beautiful garden. All doors and windows had fully fitted insect nets and the AC was excellent. The location is superb, set in the hills above Elounda with the most amazing views of the town in the distance, the island of Spinalonga, the turquoise sea and the mountains. "This beautiful rustic cottage was ideal for our two week stay in mid May with our daughter and her husband. It’s on a hillside, is very private, has a lovely terrace overlooking the tiny village and the ocean. We had the local beach to ourselves and enjoyed several nearby pristine (and empty) beaches as well. We loved the view, the pool, the friendliness and responsiveness of the host, the usefulness of everything in the house. "Property seems very kid friendly, which is nice, but as we did not bring our children this trip, it was loud and overwhelming with kids running all over. Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead. Food was pretty good. Facilities have plumbing issues given the smells in the bathroom. Was not pleasant. Good value but not luxury. Live and learn"

"We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Koutouloufari Village Holiday Club. The apartment was fantastic, the pool area was lovely and quiet and the location was amazing - there are so many great restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were attentive, friendly and couldn’t do more for you, the whole place completely exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was great, I’d recommend including this on booking as it’s expensive to pay daily. Can’t wait to come back, thank you!"
