"Overall an okay experience. There wasn’t a single soul available at the reception desk when we arrived around 3:40 so we weren’t sure how to proceed with the check in. Our room was cozy and comfortable however the toilet was running making noise all through the night . Food is very overpriced resulting in us and others eating offsite. We were also surprised that a nice hotel like this would also charge for parking. There seems to be a shortage of staff and our relatives room also was not cleaned...

"Love the staff , the morning lady in the am shift was amazing and very communicative and the pm shift boy was sweet and accommodating! So as the housekeepers was sweet , very clean nice space ! "

"We arrived late in the evening for check-in and were offered water and popcorn. The room was very clean and I found the bed to be comfortable. The continental breakfast in the morning was all we needed to get our day going with scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, English muffins, bagels, pancakes, cereal, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. The only thing missing was a danish to top it off. It was a very good value for the price. "
