"This is our third stay at this lovely Victorian hotel. It is ideal for us when visiting our daughter who lives close by. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly and the restaurant and bar serves top notch food and drinks. I am knocking off one star as our room was very cold on this particular stay. The bathroom was huge but had no source heating at all. The bedroom itself was also very large but with only one radiator which was fixed under a large single paned window behind a curtain, thus...

"We stayed over for a family meal occasion. The service, welcome and meal were all excellent. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was also nice and quiet. The only thing that could be improved, and I did mention this at reception, was the lack of suitable electric socket near a mirror, the hairdryer supplied in the room did not reach the mirror meaning you could not see your hair whilst drying it. "I arrived a few hours early, but my room was available immediately. A lovely room with modern bathroom. I was in the single, which served my needs very well. Well heated. No problem with noise. Very close to train station. Godalming is a beautiful town."

"Having had a 3 hour drive down, we were greeted with a smile and two delightful rooms. Crisp linen and a smile. Food was fabulous (try the scotch eggs). Beer was good and the conversation was great. Will come back when visiting family. Fully booked for Sunday lunch so make sure you book if coming to stay. Judging by the 3 courses we had well worth booking"

"Nice brand new building with well equipped apartments. Check-in process is not very straightforward though and we had to contact the company many times for different issues during the process of pre-check-in and check-in. Apartment was not ready at 3pm. Also parking is very expensive and on top of that they want you to remove the car as soon as you check out so you can’t spend the day and collect car later which is a shame and very unusual."
