Excellent choice of hotel.Newly renovated superior room on 4th floor ,very spacious,clean and bright..No complaint whatever apart from heavy safe placed loosely on floor under desk top.Food in restaurant was very good especially breakfast choices,and staff only too pleased to deal with a couple of awkward requests on our part. Especially Daisy,Dan and all staff we spoke with. "

"Decent hotel, very clean. Lovely staff. Short walk to main mewcastle. Only issue was room key not working when my bf tried to get into room snd i was asleep when he went down to get a replacement he was met by a rude person on the desk. Rest off the staff were dead canny. "
