"Really liked the design of our king room. It was well thought out, except for two things: heating system was very noisy and somewhat drafty. Shower faucet is at the wrong end of shower-one has to get into the shower to turn it on. Looks like new shower door was installed at one time, which could have been the reason. Otherwise a very nice place to stay."

"Beautiful hotel, great breakfast spread, exceptional front-desk service. Only negatives: extremely uncomfortable, hard beds and the heat was completely off (off, not turned down) in my room when I entered, on a night with single-digit exterior temperatures. I turned it on immediately, but the room never completely warmed up, which made for a chilly stay."

"Pleasantly surprised based on the rate!! It could stand a few minor repairs - scratches & gouges on the room walls, etc. But it did look like the flooring was replaced recently - very nice!"
