"Love the stay. What I don't like is being asked to take a survey that in the email appears to be one maybe two questions turns out to be a much longer process. Please respect your customer's time, tell me it' 10 questions or 20 questions or 5 min. That way I know. When I get started as I did here, I now see this is going to take a while. So forget it. Started out Excellent review. Ended with meh."

"We were there to attend the AFTD conference. The hotel was beautiful, seemed new or newly renovated, very clean, beautiful setting and most of all comfortable! We greatly enjoyed the facilities, pool and meeting areas, plus it was convenient to local establishments."

"The stay was great! Highly recommend those who are coming the area. It is just off of the highway I-25, convenient location. The hotel is renovated completely. Offers breakfast which is very convenient when you are away from home from 7am till 9.30 good for late riser :) close proximity to nice steakhouse, olive garden, apple bee, Sprouts and Target. Front staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable enough to sleep like you are home to have a good rest. Would come back here again. "

"I loved our stay here. It was so nice and clean, quiet, and well maintained. The room was spotless when we arrived and the daily cleaning service was great to have, they did a wonderful job. The pool and hot tub were great, the cafe in the lobby was a nice touch to my morning routine, I woke up around 7/8am and enjoyed heading down to grab a latte and sit in the lounge area to answer work emails. There was even ann employee who brushed the Ice and snow off our car and all the others in the lot when there was an overnight storm. The fruit water in the lobby was really cool, and the little snack market corner was nice for midnight munchies. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor patio/fire pit but in warmer weather it would have been perfect. There is shopping and lots of good food options in walking distance. Great experience, would definitely return. "
