"Good experience, fun pool and other activities. Great room, tv could be a bit bigger. Asked for late checkout, paid for it, then someone with a clipboard knocked at my door around 12:20pm asking about checkout when I already paid for late checkout (late checkout is 3:00pm) inconvenient and woke me up from sleeping in"

"I arrived about 30 minutes early and didn't mind sitting in the lobby, until my room assignment was ready. The front desk manager immediately moved me into a room that was ready, so that I didn't need to wait. I really appreciated her efforts!!"
