"This boutique hotel is beautiful! Everything is curated so beautifully, it's in a great neighborhood, and feels safe! They have a lovely "honesty bar," tea in the garden, and amazing staff! One of the staff members, Anna was hospitable and kind--when I wasn't feeling well, she asked the cleaning staff to clean my room first and got me earlier! Don't hesitate to stay here. It's a beautiful unique place."

"This hotel is in a great location where you can easily walk or take the metro to nearby tourist attractions. The rooms are on the smaller side and they do not have a refrigerator or desk, which is something I like to have when I'm staying at a hotel. Despite these limitations, the rooms are kept extremely clean and look exactly like the pictures. The blackout curtains really helped my sleep. The staff at the front desk were always very friendly and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area. "

"The hotel was perfect in getting downtown and the front desk was great in answering all questions we had. We would definitely stay again. The subway and train station was only a 3 minute walk from the hotel so if you didn’t want to use the free shuttle to downtown you could quickly take those modes of transportation "

Good choice hotel to be away from the crowds

"My wife and I stayed at Eurostars Das Letras for a 4 night break to Lisbon. We selected the hotel because it is located a little way outside the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. It is on a steep hill but so is everything else in Lisbon. There was some building work opposite which did cause some noise but only in the day and didn’t cause any disruption. The staff are very professional and helpful and our room was a good size and clean. It’s also worth noting that the Koppu Ramen Izakaya restaurant opposite the hotel is fantastic and definitely worth a visit. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotel"

"When we arrived, we were greeted well by the front desk. The young man that showed us to our room was exceptionally sweet and nice. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he greeted us every morning. In the restaurant, Nelson became one of my favorite waiters there. He was always so energetic and full of life and positive energy. During the last two days of our nine day stay, I was sick and Nelson brought over a special tea his grandmother would make and even brought me an extra to go. The hotel doesn’t offer too many towels and despite asking three days in a row, we did not receive extra towels. We finally stopped someone in the hallway and she was able to accommodate us. Same with the in room coffee service. It was good. It was just you had to ask the right person for additional regular coffee and cream. Overall, it was in a nice section of town and we were able to walk around easily, or take an Uber if we were feeling particularly tired. Lisbon is a beautiful city and we would go there again!!"
