This unit has been renovated with new flooring, is very spacious, and easily accessible on the main floor. Although the resort is starting to show its age a bit, this unit has been well maintained and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Highly recommend this unit and the Vista Cay resort as a whole. "

"Excellent location to stay for events at the Orange Co Convention Center. Everything went smoothly with the rental process. Condo is spacious, well cleaned, and quiet. It could use a few updates and guest amenities but we would not hesitate to stay there again. AND, be sure to read all the Management signs on the walls in the Condo or you are certain to lock yourself out on the 2nd story balcony. "

"We TOTALLY enjoyed this apartment! The balcony view allowed us to enjoy the colors of the morning sunrise and evening sunsets on the water. The animal life included a heron that was on the hunt daily and sometimes we spotted a local racoon. The location couldn't have been more perfect for our long stay.
