"Hotel room is very big and nice, the bathroom is a bit odd: the toilet is so squished to the tub otherwise is fine. The staff are very nice. We upgraded to an ocean view room and it’s definitely to another level. Very close to the Marc train and the Light Rail is like 15 minutes walk and takes you right to the airport for $2, so very convenient. Also very close to the Aquarium."

"Customer service was AMAZING!!! The best I have received in a long time. I usually take my bags to the room but the bell hops were all amazing making sure I had assistance getting bags to my room. Front desk, Rose was a sweetheart made sure I had extra towel and wash clothes brought to my room and she was just overall pleasant to speak with! Amazing job Hyatt….if I’m ever in Baltimore I know where I’m staying "
