"I didn’t enjoy my stay there. I only stayed because it was so close to Ft. Meade. There was cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The floors were so dirty we wore our shoes in the room all the time. The handle on the toilet kept breaking. There were boogers and poop smeared on the wall and shower curtain. The bedding had dirt stains on it. The tv was not working.
