"We absolutely loved our stay at this farmhouse! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, even with labels in the kitchen. The wraparound porch has a ton of interesting seating options. The kitchen and dining room are large and easy to use and there was a ton of pantry space. The house was easy to find and very private. "We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away."

"There was plenty of room for use to hang out. The games in the lower level were a lot of fun. Th owner even came the day of check out to plow the driveway during a snow storm."

"The cartridge house in Mason, Ohio, had plenty of room for a work event. It was close to many locations, including Kings Island. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was fully supplied, and two full bathrooms were on the main floor. There is not a bathroom on the second floor. It was very clean, and the description is accurate."

"Great area and excellent rooms. I was not impressed with the breakfast. Bread, bagels and muffins were hard and not fresh. The time frame on the weekdays for breakfast was too short. Choices daily were the same with no changes. "
