"I have to say that we had THE greatest experience with the hosts. We were having problems with the key (all of our fault) and the host drove far to help us without question. Would HIGHLY recommend the property and these amazing hosts. The place was a perfect stay for WEC and close to everything in Wilmington. "

"Driving up you see a majestic 1890s factory. Very interesting history. Easy parking and access to the unit. Space is amazing! Swanky/Groovy is the perfect description. Gives you the feeling of being in an artsy NYC loft. Brewery/Restaurant on site. Just down the street from Kings Island. Hosts were great! Highly recommend!"

"Suggest getting rid of August App. It didn’t work and delayed our check in significantly. The shower head needs replacing in the loft shower. The main level shower is very slow to drain. There were no additional blankets and pillows available in the loft. The property manager was slow to respond and had some difficulty finding my reservation. We greatly appreciated the cleanliness and the unit design."
