"We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away."

"Really large house that accommodated our group in town for my Son’s wedding. Lower level appears to have been a former business as 3 of the rooms were offices. Only other issue was a lack of a shower/tub in the lower level."

"This was a cute little house and located in a perfect spot. Lots of things to do in town or go towards Kings Island. A ton of space for everyone and.....the Cordaroy bean bag bed was a neat little addition. Made us buy one haha."
