"The Sao Jose hotel is very close to the Fatima Sanctuary and has restaurants and souvenir & coffee shops next door. The hotel itself has a restaurant and souvenirs as well, but the hours open may differ. Our rooms were very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Our check in went smoothly. I highly recommend this property for pilgrims and those visiting the area. A shout out to Vera for her warm hospitality. They have bicycles for rent and also offer candles to purchase for the candlelight vigils held nightly."
